Dont you think lukas podolski deserves to get out of koln?

Ok i know on his last germany appearance he wasnt productive at all but i blame it on the club he is currently in since he has no chance of playing in the champions league or competing for the bundesliga with koln. He proved to be a great player in the world cup with germany but seems that he is not growing as a footballer with koln. Why is he so stubborn that he doesnt want to leave koln! Where do you think he would fit most? What league and with which team? And do you think he will reconsider a move abroad, since any professional footballer would want to enhance his skills if given the chance!
