What would you name your son and daughter from this list?

If I had to pick from those lists, I would go with Sophie Marie and Sebastian David. If I could mix and match I would probably go with Sophie Hazel (being that Marie is a very common middle name) and either Luke Sebastian or Sebastian Luke (both which are some of my top names for a boy!)
