Where do we stand? Are we just friends or does he have any feelings for me at all? ?

Okay so this is going to be a bit long, but if you help me out it would be soo appreciated because I'm so confused... Anyways so I get the most mixed messages from my bestfriend, we are so close (he's a guy & I'm a girl ps haha) and he recently broke up with my bestfriend and she's basically a whore hah. But he's just such a sweetheart like he tells me everyday that he will always be there for me and I'm moving to go to college and he tells me that I'm not allowed. & he tells me that I'm beautiful and amazing, even though I think about the exact opposite and last night he was tellin our other friend like how much I mean to him an how much of an amazing girl I am ext. But when we hangout were just like bros haha, we watch movies play cod, smoke weed and drink. But when we look at eachother no matter what we both always smile and he asked me why we always do that but I have no idea its just our instant reaction to eachother. & were going to grad together and he bought me the most beautiful diamond bracelet and this is what he said when he gave it to me "Ya I know but I love ya and care about ya and going to be stuck with ya so I figured I get my best girl friend somthing ok ok " cause I said you didn't have to get me anything. So what are we, just bestfriends I'm okay with that but I just want to see others perspective! Thanks
