Is it a normal relationship?

i have a friend she's 19 years old and in a relationship with a 43 years old man. she's too young for him but she say that she loves him but i don't want her to be with him i don't see it as a normal relationship. i thinking about tellin her mom to stop her or do something. so should i tell her mom or is there another way?
