Good or bad to have a superhero in your city?

i dont kno if its cause im grown now but every time i watch justice league (cartoon) or wtv i keep tellin myself in the fight scene (the robbers are tryin to steal money or tryin to get something) the superhero comes and fights them but completly destroys the city causing probely more damage them what the robbers are stealing and the worst part is the bad guy always escapes so every week the city gets destroyed.
