LIP PIERCING?? :) and i need to add some stuff because yahoo is tellin me to soo yaahh.. :)?

Okay guys. 2 questions...First of all, I am currently trying to convince my parents to let me my lip pierced. I'm 14 so do you think that is too young or what do you think about the whole idea? And second, if my dad says yes, do you any places in the Milwaukee/Pewaukee/Waukesha area that will pierce a minor with parents consent? Thanks for everything and if you have any advice on anything that'd be spiffy!!! :)
