Girls, What does this mean?

So Me and thsi guy have been poking each other back and forth on Facebook so i posted my status as "Ive gotten 40 pokes in the past hour..." And he commented "Your welcome, our poke war is way to intense" and we went back and forth say each other is winning. The this guy i used to like(Call him john) come and comments. Adn so i was chatting with John and he was asking me if me and tht guy were boyfriend girlfriend, so i said no. Adn he sent the guy ive been poking a friend request and he asked me to tell him to confirm it. So i asked why and he said "Nott tellin" and i was like "Does it have sumthin to do with me" and he said "Its possible" and he woulndt tell me. So is JOhn jealous or jst being wierd or what? Please help! And sry if this make no sense!!
