How can i get a social life?

my parents r real stricked.for example my parents check my facebook nd tellin me all this stuff im already aware of.next parties,i never been to one because i dnt no the people goin nd the person/people that r throwin the parties.my friends go to all these cool parties nd im at home lookin stupid.The mall i love to shop but i hate goin to the mall nd movies with my mom.I have friends,a hole bunch,i have a couple if different groups i hang out with and there all different.On Fridays nd Saturdays I would like to hang out with my friends nd go to the mall nd stuff but I dnt no how to do that Please Can Sum1 Help Me?
