First flight nerves, Please help!?

So im due to be going on my honeymoon in afew months time, My wife and i are both very excited, But i gotta admit i am bricking it at the same time as ive never flown before and im not keen on the thought of it at all, heights has never been my strong point, All i seem to keep hearing is Mr T in my head tellin me ''I AINT GOIN NO PLANE! YOU CRAZY FOOL! lol
