I can't tell if I'm pregnant, ovulating, or had a yeast infection...?

me n my boyfriend have been together 9months and I dont think we've ever used a condom...I've taken tests before after I was a couple days late and they turn out negative and I start my period a couple days later. my period has been pretty regular the last couple months But I can never really tell when I'm ovulating. this month I think I got a yeast infection cuz it kinda itched and I had a thick discharge but it didn't really smell. and I got rid of it by just cleaning my vagina really well. now I get dizzy, nauseas, I'm super picky about what I eat, and I smelled dog poo on the inside of a door while I was outside! I honestly really hope I'm pregnant.. my heads telling me im not again but my hearts tellin me yes so idk what to do. I don't wanna get my hopes up n shut down by another negative. ):
